Did you try to withdraw to a bank account and the transaction showed an error?

This can happen for a few reasons.

Common Causes

  • The destination bank does not accept the withdrawal.
  • Incorrect destination account details.
  • Account registration without limits or with withdrawals unavailable.
  • Brokerage account (the destination account needs to be a traditional bank)
  • PIX key linked to a third-party account (not allowed).

How to Resolve

  1. Check and increase Pix limits if applicable: usepicnic.com > Menu > Account Settings > Bank Details
  2. Change the destination bank
  3. Use an account with the same CPF/CNPJ as the Picnic account
  4. Try again later
  5. If you're on the app: uninstall and reinstall
  6. Withdraw to a decentralized wallet or brokerage (click HERE for a step-by-step guide)

Next Steps

Once your withdrawal is working:

  1. Receive funds instantly in your bank account

  2. Use the Picnic app to track transaction history

  3. Make new withdrawals anytime, within limits
