How the Mobile Limit for Withdrawals and Deposits in Reais Works
The limit for deposits and withdrawals in reais at Picnic is calculated based on a rolling window system. This means the amount is always assessed considering the last 30 days from the current date. How the Limit is Deducted Whenever you make a transaction, the corresponding amount is deducted from the total available limit. Example: - Total limit: R$ 100,000. - You make a Pix of R$ 10,000. - The remaining limit becomes R$ 90,000. This amount of R$ 10,000 will only be available again 30 days after the transaction date. Practical Example - On the 1st of the month: you send a Pix of R$ 10,000. - This amount will only count towards the limit again starting on the 31st of the same month. - If you make another Pix on the 5th, its amount will be available on the 5th of the following month. Thus, each transaction has its own 30-day cycle. Important to Know - The rule applies to all deposits and withdrawals in reais. - It also applies to customized limits above R$ 100,000. - The system ensures greater predictability and security in operations.
How to increase my deposit limit at Picnic
If you've reached your account's BRL (Pix) deposit limit and want to move larger amounts, you can request an increase. The review is done by our payment partner, and approval depends on sending the right documents β in the right format. This article explains who can apply, exactly which documents to send, and how long it takes, so you can send everything at once and avoid back-and-forth. Who can apply The limit increase is meant for customers who can prove net worth, income, or revenue compatible with the amounts they want to move. As a reference: declared net worth of R$ 200,000 or more, with no debts or committed assets and a provable origin β or, for companies, provable relevant monthly revenue (above R$ 100,000/month). Other profiles may be reviewed case by case by the partner β talk to our team in the chat. Important: Picnic does not set the new limit amount. The payment partner reviews the documentation and approves the ceiling. Our team only forwards your request and brings back the answer. Documents β Individuals (CPF) The #1 cause of delays is documents in the wrong format. Check carefully: 1. Complete income-tax return + delivery receipt - Send your most recent complete income-tax return (declaração de IR) and the delivery receipt (recibo de entrega) β both. - Download the original PDFs directly from the Receita Federal website/app (gov.br) β the option that saves the return and the receipt as PDFs. - Do not send photos of printed paper or screenshots β those files arrive without legible text and are rejected. - Exempt from filing? No problem β just tell us explicitly that you are exempt and did not file, so we can register that with the partner. (An exemption statement does not replace the tax return when one is required; that's why it's important to tell us which case is yours.) 2. Recent proof of residence (last 3 months), in your name - A utility bill β electricity, water, phone, or internet β in your name, showing your current address. - The document must show name and address together, on the same document. - A standalone payment slip (boleto) does not count as proof of address. We need the full bill (with the consumption/service details), not the billing slip. - Recently moved? Let us know β we'll help you find an interim document showing your name and current address. 3. Net-worth confirmation - If the total declared on your tax return is already R$ 200,000 or more with no debts, the return itself serves as proof. - If it's below that or carries debts, send an alternative proof: recent payslips or an investment position report. Documents β Companies (CNPJ) For company accounts, the documents usually requested are: - Proof of the company's address (last 3 months), in the company's name or showing the CNPJ β a utility bill, IPTU (property tax), a recent lease agreement, or official correspondence all work, as long as the document is issued by a third party (self-declarations are not accepted). Even if the company's address is the same as the partner's home, the document must identify the company; - Proof of financial capacity β any of: tax accounting records (ECF), balance sheet (preferably signed), income statement (DRE), a revenue declaration, or bank statements from the last 3 months; - For all ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) holding more than 25%: a legible ID document (RG, driver's license, or passport) showing both sides, and proof of address issued in the last 3 months. The same format rules apply here: original, legible PDFs β no photos of printed paper or screenshots. Depending on the account's profile and type of operations, the team may request additional documentation directly in the chat. How to send and how long it takes 1. Open the support chat and say you want to increase your deposit limit. 2. Send all the documents above in the chat itself (not by e-mail), already in the correct format. 3. Our team checks that everything is legible and forwards it to the partner. 4. Review time: about 7 business days from the complete submission (it may vary with demand). The answer comes back in the chat. Tip: sending the right documents on the first try is what speeds things up the most. If a file arrives illegible or in the wrong format, we'll need to ask again β and that restarts the wait. Frequently asked questions What is my current limit? The limit is monthly and resets on the 1st of each month. You can check how much you've already used in the app, in the BRL deposit area. Does the increase apply to the card too? The limit increase covered here is for BRL (Pix) deposits. Card usage limits follow their own rules. Do I need to send my CPF? No β we already identify your account from our records.
