According to internal policies, some accounts have been changed to Level 1 status, which limits bank withdrawals and deposits.

What to do

  • Individual users can resolve this directly on the Picnic platform by completing the full KYC (document + selfie/liveness).
  • Once the revalidation is approved, the limit is automatically restored and withdrawals are released as usual.
