Add Your Card to Apple Pay

Follow these steps to add your card to Apple Pay:

1. Open the “Wallet” app on your iPhone.

2. Tap the “+” (Add) button in the upper right corner of the screen.

3. Select “Credit or Debit Card”.

4. Tap “Continue”.

5. To add the card, choose the option “Enter Card Details Manually” instead of using the camera.

6. Enter the details exactly as they appear in your Picnic account.

7. Tap “Next” in the upper right corner.

8. Read the issuer's terms and conditions and tap “Accept”.

9. If prompted to verify your card, choose between verification via SMS or email — select the option that works best for you.

What to do if you receive an error message:

In some cases, you might see a message stating that your card could not be added to Apple Pay.

This can happen due to risk analysis conducted by Apple's own system, which considers factors such as:

• Your Apple ID account history

• Suspected fraudulent use

• Data inconsistencies

Unfortunately, we have no control over this process.

• Try adding the card again after a few hours

• Or use another device or Apple ID account, if available
