You can load your Picnic wallet by sending a bank transfer in euros to a personal IBAN in your name. Here's how it works.
Who Can Use It
The euro deposit service is available for residents of the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Brazil.
How to Activate Your Euro Account
Activation is done only once and takes just a few minutes:

In Picnic, go to Deposits and Withdrawals and select Euro (EUR).

You will be redirected to Monerium, our regulated partner, to create your account and complete the identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer).

After completing the KYC, return to Picnic and finish the activation.

In a few minutes, you will receive an email confirmation that your personal IBAN is ready.
How to Deposit

Copy your IBAN displayed in Picnic.

Access your internet banking and make a euro transfer from an account in your name.

Once the amount arrives, it will be automatically converted into EURe (digital euro) and credited to your Picnic wallet.

The deposit must be made from a bank account in your name.

The conversion to EURe is instant after bank settlement.

Are there transaction limits?
- Currently, there is a limit of 15,000 euros per transaction. Soon, we will allow users to attach supporting documentation for transactions exceeding this amount.

Can I receive my salary in Picnic?
- Yes! Your account is ready to receive regular transfers, including salaries.

Can I have multiple IBANs in Picnic?
- Currently, a user can have only one IBAN in Picnic. However, it is possible to have multiple Picnic accounts and link this same IBAN to them, one at a time.
