  • Unrecognized purchases
  • Unknown establishments
  • Transactions at unusual times

First steps:

  1. Freeze the card immediately in the app (it can be unfrozen later)
  2. Check if it was used by an authorized family member

  2. Provide proof
  3. Wait for the card operator's analysis
