Processing Time Most of the time, the amount is available in your account within seconds after confirmation from your originating bank. In rare cases of instability in the Central Bank's network, this period may extend by a few minutes. What Can Cause Delays Although Pix is immediate, some external factors can delay the transaction: - Security Review: Your originating bank may temporarily hold the amount for security verification. - Mismatched Data: Ensure the Pix was sent from an account under your ownership (same CPF). - System Instability: Temporary failures in the Central Bank's system or banking apps. Frequently Asked Questions My Pix hasn't arrived yet. What should I do? First, check if the amount was credited to your bank account. No. For security and compliance reasons, we only accept deposits from accounts registered under the same CPF as the Picnic account holder. For now, the Convert function is only available on the web version: usepicnic.com 2. Confirm that the registered bank account is under the same CPF as your Picnic account. 3. Check if you're at the limit: most users have a withdrawal limit of one hundred thousand reais over a 30-day period. Verify these limits in Account Settings > Bank Details 4. Retry the operation after waiting a few minutes in case of instability. Also, try other browsers (if you're on the app, uninstall and reinstall before attempting the operation again).
How to withdraw Euros via bank transfer
You can withdraw your euros (EUR) balance directly to a European bank account through our partnership with Monerium. The withdrawal is made via bank transfer and the amount lands 1:1 in the destination account. π Exact fees (SEPA) now live in a single place: Complete Picnic fee table β Euros (EUR) section. Before you start - Monerium KYC approved: on your first time, you need to create a Monerium account and submit your documents. The process takes a few minutes. - EURe balance on Polygon: the withdrawal is done from EURe (the digital euro issued by Monerium) on the Polygon network. EURe is the only euro stablecoin that allows redemption via SEPA β other euro stablecoins (EURC, agEUR etc.) won't work for this withdrawal. - Converting from BRLA to EURe: if your balance is in BRLA (or any other currency/stablecoin), you need to convert to EURe on Polygon before starting the withdrawal. The conversion is done directly in Picnic Pro, on the swap tab. - Destination IBAN: have the full IBAN of the bank account that will receive the amount. Step by step 1. Access the bank withdrawal: log in at www.usepicnic.com, open the Deposits and Withdrawals tab, choose Bank withdrawal and transfer, select the Euro currency and the Bank transfer method, then click Continue. 2. Enter the amount: type the amount in euros (EUR) you want to send and click Continue. 3. Fill in recipient data: choose the owner type (Individual or Legal Entity), enter the IBAN of the account, the first name, full last name, and the reason for sending (optional field). 4. Confirm the transfer: review all information and click Confirm and transfer. 5. Authenticate the send: use your passkey to authorize the transaction. If you don't have a passkey set up yet, the site sends a code to your registered Picnic email. 6. Done, withdrawal sent: the confirmation screen appears as soon as the send is processed. Timing and limits - Timing: depends on the destination bank. In general, the amount lands in a few minutes, but can take up to 1 business day. - Amount received: 1:1 β you receive exactly the amount sent. Monerium reserves the right to apply punctual limits or suspend/delay transactions for security reasons, fraud suspicion, or legal requirements. Important tip Check the IBAN and account holder's name before confirming. Withdrawals sent to incorrect data may take a while to be refunded, depending on the destination bank.
How to withdraw US Dollars via ACH
You can withdraw your US dollar (USD) balance directly to a bank account in the US through our partnership with Noah. At the moment, withdrawals are made exclusively through the app and the only available method is ACH. π Exact fees (ACH, Wire) live in a single place: Complete Picnic fee table β US Dollars (USD) section. Before you start - Available only in the app: the USD withdrawal flow is not available on the web version. - Accepted method: ACH only, to bank accounts in the US. Wire and SWIFT are not supported for withdrawals. - Destination account: you need the account holder's full details and the US account's address. Step by step: registering a new recipient If this is your first transfer, you need to register the destination account before sending. 1. Open the send area: On the app's home screen, tap "Send". 2. Choose the currency: Select the "Send Dollars" option. 3. Add a new recipient: If you don't have a recipient registered yet, tap "New recipient". 4. Enter the account holder's details: Holder type (Individual or Business), first and last name (or legal business name). 5. Enter the bank details: Account number, ACH routing number, and account type (checking or savings). 6. Add the bank account's address (US): ZIP code, address, city, and the holder's state/province. 7. Describe the purpose of the transfer: Briefly state the reason for the transfer (e.g. payment to a supplier, transfer between your own accounts, etc.). This field is required by the US banking network. Step by step: making the transfer With the recipient already registered, sending is quick. 1. Select the recipient: On the "Who do you want to send to?" screen, tap the saved contact. 2. Confirm the purpose of the transfer. 3. Enter the amount you want to send in dollars. 4. Review the fees and the final amount that will arrive in the destination account. 5. Tap "Send" to confirm the transfer. Timing and limits - Timing: ACH withdrawals are processed within 1 business day after the transfer is confirmed. - Limits per transfer: minimum of US$ 10.00 and maximum of US$ 1,000,000.00. - Fee: check the Complete Picnic fee table. The final amount also appears in the interface before you confirm. Important tip Carefully double-check all the recipient's details before confirming the transfer. ACH transfers to wrong accounts can take a long time to be reversed β or, in some cases, may not be recoverable, depending on the destination bank.

With the Picnic card, you can withdraw local currency at ATMs abroad using the card balance. ATM withdrawal limits - Daily limit: up to 500 USDCe per day. - Per-withdrawal limit: up to 250 USDCe per operation. If you need to withdraw more than 250 USDCe in the same day, you can make more than one withdrawal, as long as you don't exceed the 500 USDCe daily limit. How fees work You get a monthly free allowance before paying a Picnic fee β beyond that, there's a charge per additional withdrawal. The exact values and the "5 withdrawals OR 200 USDCe (whichever comes first)" rule are in the Complete Picnic fee table. The allowance automatically resets every month. Local ATM operator fees Beyond Picnic's rules, the local ATM operator may also charge its own fee for using the machine. - This fee is set by the bank/ATM operator, not by Picnic. - The amount usually appears on the ATM screen before you confirm the withdrawal.
