In Picnic, select the Withdraw option.

Enter a Pix key from your bank account.

The key can be any registered with your bank (CPF, email, phone number, or random key).

You don't need to register it in advance with Picnic, just enter it at the time of withdrawal.

Confirm the amount you wish to transfer.

The amount will be sent in reais (BRL) directly to your bank account.
Important Rules

The bank account holder must be the same as the Picnic account holder.

Transfers to third parties are not allowed.

The credit follows the Pix system's clearing times, usually instant, but in rare cases, it may take a few minutes.
