You can quickly and securely add funds to your Picnic Multicurrency account or card using Pix.
Before you start
Make sure that:
You have completed your identity verification (KYC)
Your app or browser is updated
Step by step
Access Picnic
In the app or browser, log in with your email and verification code.Tap “Deposit”
This option appears on the app's home screen and also in the Multicurrency account in the browser.
In the app, the deposited balance goes directly to your Picnic card in digital dollar ($USD).
In the browser, the deposit goes to your Multicurrency account in digital real (R$) — unless you are in the Card tab, where it follows the same process as the app.Enter the amount you want to deposit
Enter the amount in reais. The system will automatically show the equivalent amount in digital dollars, when applicable.Copy the Pix code
Tap “Copy code” or scan the QR Code in your bank's app.Complete the payment
Paste the code into your bank's app and confirm the transfer via Pix.
The amount will be credited in a few minutes.
Important: Picnic currently only accepts deposits via Pix.
