Possible Causes
- Incorrect bank details (invalid key, non-existent account).
- Destination account belongs to a different CPF (Brazilian tax ID) than the Picnic account.
- Joint or business account that does not match the registered account holder.
- Temporary restrictions at the destination bank.
What You Can Do
- Confirm the PIX key used: it must be linked to the same CPF as the Picnic account holder.
- Avoid using joint or business accounts, as they are not accepted by the system.
- Check for any typing errors in the key.
- If the bank is experiencing instability, wait and try the operation again later.
- Unfortunately, some banks refuse to send Pix to our key. The only alternative for now is to try a different bank.
