How to resolve
Simply access your Picnic account through the browser and follow these steps:
Go to https://usepicnic.com and log in with your account.
Go to the your card section and click on “Add balance”.
Choose “Multi-currency Account” and select Brazilian Real (BRL).
Enter the amount you want to send or click MAX to use the entire available balance.
Confirm and execute the transaction.
Done! Within 3 minutes, the amount will be available on your USD card for immediate use.
