Unlike transfers in Reais, Dollar deposits via ACH have their own international processing time within the American banking network.
Timeframes and Notifications
Processing time (ACH): The amount takes, on average, up to 3 business days to be credited.
Processing time (Wire): Processed on the same day, provided it is done within the cutoff time (by 7:00 PM ET / 9:00 PM BRT). Transfers made after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Receipt notification: You don't need to constantly check the app. As soon as the deposit is identified and processed by the banking network, we will send you a notification in the app and a confirmation email.
Why don't I see the deposit in my History?
It's important to know that the transaction will only be visible in your Transaction History after processing is complete and the notification is sent. If you recently made the transfer from the originating bank, it's normal for it not to appear yet in the Picnic statement.
