You can now load your balance directly in US dollars (USD) through our partnership with Noah. The process is simple and can be done both via the app and the web version.
Step-by-step on Picnic:
Access the deposit area: In the Picnic app, click on "Deposit". If the default mode is in Brazilian Real (BRL), switch to Dollar (USD).
Verify your identity: Follow the on-screen instructions. The review process takes only 2 to 3 minutes.

Get your banking details: After approval, the app will generate your unique receiving details:
Account Holder Name: Your full name.
Bank: Lead Bank (our official partner in the US).
ACH Routing Number (Routing Number).
Account Number (Account Number).
Make the transfer: Copy this information and use it at your originating bank (such as Wise, Revolut, Chase, etc.).
Tip: Some banks may ask you to "link the account to Lead Bank". You can confirm the operation; anything sent to these details will automatically appear in your Picnic interface.
Important: how to choose the best option at your bank
Access the app of the bank where your money is stored.

Choose a transfer (ACH/Wire and use the Push/Credit option when applicable).
Do not choose the options Debit, ACH Debit, ACH Pull, or Auto-debit
Confirm the amount to be sent.
