When loading your Picnic card with cryptocurrencies, you can only use the coins and networks that appear in the app's list.
If you try to use an unsupported crypto, the deposit will not be processed and the funds may not reach your balance.
What Does “Unsupported Crypto” Mean?
A cryptocurrency is considered unsupported when:
It does not appear in the list of available coins on the crypto deposit screen;
It is not compatible with the networks that Picnic supports at that time;
It has been temporarily or permanently removed for security, liquidity, or maintenance reasons.
What to Do If Your Crypto Is Unsupported
If you received the message or identified that the crypto is unsupported:
Do not send any amount to old addresses or from other platforms.
Check if there is a supported equivalent crypto (for example, another stablecoin or the same coin on another network).
If you are on an exchange or external wallet, you can:
Convert your crypto to one of the supported coins;
Then, redo the crypto deposit process on Picnic using the correct coin.
Important: Deposits made in unsupported cryptocurrencies or networks may not be credited and may be irrecoverable. Always use only the coins and networks shown on the Picnic deposit screen.
