Possible Causes
- Your balance is not on a network supported for withdrawal.
- The destination bank account is not linked to the same CPF (Brazilian tax ID).
- Withdrawal limit reached.
What You Can Do
- Check if your balance is in the correct format (Real, Dollar, or Euro) and not in another digital currency. If not, exchange your digital asset for the desired currency. For now, the Convert function is only available on the web version: usepicnic.com
- Confirm that the registered bank account is under the same CPF as your Picnic account.
- Check if you're at the limit: most users have a withdrawal limit of one hundred thousand reais over a 30-day period. Verify these limits in Account Settings > Bank Details
- Retry the operation after waiting a few minutes in case of instability. Also, try other browsers (if you're on the app, uninstall and reinstall before attempting the operation again).
