Did you try to withdraw to a bank account and the transaction showed an error?
This can happen for a few reasons.
Common Causes
- The destination bank does not accept the withdrawal.
- Incorrect destination account details.
- Account registration without limits or with withdrawals unavailable.
- Brokerage account (the destination account needs to be a traditional bank)
- PIX key linked to a third-party account (not allowed).
How to Resolve
- Check and increase Pix limits if applicable: usepicnic.com > Menu > Account Settings > Bank Details
- Change the destination bank
- Use an account with the same CPF/CNPJ as the Picnic account
- Try again later
- If you're on the app: uninstall and reinstall
