Legal Representative Documentation
Prepare the following items for the identification of the account representative:
Identity document: Passport, RG, CNH, or Work Card.
Liveness check: Real-time facial recognition performed by the system.
Basic information: Full name, date of birth, CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer registry), and residential address.
Company affiliation: Position held and document proving authority to act on behalf of the CNPJ (Brazilian company registry).
Company Documentation
These details are necessary to validate your company's structure:
General data: Company name, CNPJ, corporate email, and headquarters address.
Constitutive documents: Updated Articles of Association or equivalent document.
Corporate structure: Document detailing all shareholders (direct and indirect), ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs), and controlling directors.
Activity: Detailed descriptions of your company's activity, with a minimum of 100 characters.
Business model: Detailed descriptions of the business model (how your company generates revenue), with a minimum of 100 characters.
Operational data: Number of employees, sources of revenue, and total number of ultimate beneficial owners.
