Loading Balance with Pix
- Conversion to digital dollar: this spread varies, but on average it is 0.5%.
Card Purchases
- Purchases in dollars (USD): there is no extra fee or IOF (Brazilian tax on financial operations).
- Purchases in other currencies (including reais): the Visa conversion rate applies, usually around 0.3%. No additional IOF.
- Currency conversion is always done by Visa at the time of purchase.
Tip: If you're traveling, always choose to pay in the local currency at the payment terminal. This way you'll get the best rate.
ATM Withdrawals
- Daily limit: 500 USDCe.
- Limit per withdrawal: 250 USDCe.
- Up to 5 free withdrawals per month or up to 200 USDCe (whichever comes first).
- After this limit, there is a fee of 2% per additional withdrawal.
- Local ATM operators may also charge their own fees.
Spending Limits
- Daily purchase limit: 8,000 USDCe.
- Limit per transaction: 5,000 USDCe.
- Contactless: up to 50 USDCe on the physical card.
