Frequently Asked Questions
Can I export the history on my phone? Yes! Exporting is now also available in the app. To download the history via the app:
- On the homepage, click "See All" next to History.
- Tap the button with the downward arrow (download icon).
- From there, follow the same steps as the web version: set the filters (dates, currency, and language) and click "Export".
Does the generated file serve as a tax receipt? In the case of apps that operate with network assets (especially if they involve self-custody or DeFi protocols), the statement is a raw record. The responsibility to consolidate gains, calculate the average price, and convert to Reais (using the exchange rate on the transaction day) is solely the user's.
