- proof of Financial Capacity (Any of the following documents: Fiscal Accounting Bookkeeping (ECF), Balance Sheet, Company Income Statement, or Bank Statement from the last 3 months)
- for all ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) with more than 25% ownership in the company:
Copy of ID, Driver's License, or Passport.
Proof of Address (Utility Bills, Bank Statements, or Equivalent issued in the last 3 months).
