The limit for deposits and withdrawals in reais at Picnic is calculated based on a rolling window system. This means the amount is always assessed considering the last 30 days from the current date.
How the Limit is Deducted
Whenever you make a transaction, the corresponding amount is deducted from the total available limit.
Example:
Total limit: R$ 100,000.
You make a Pix of R$ 10,000.
The remaining limit becomes R$ 90,000.
This amount of R$ 10,000 will only be available again 30 days after the transaction date.
Practical Example
On the 1st of the month: you send a Pix of R$ 10,000.
This amount will only count towards the limit again starting on the 31st of the same month.
If you make another Pix on the 5th, its amount will be available on the 5th of the following month.
Thus, each transaction has its own 30-day cycle.
Important to Know
The rule applies to all deposits and withdrawals in reais.
It also applies to customized limits above R$ 100,000.
The system ensures greater predictability and security in operations.
