You can withdraw your euro (EUR) balance directly to a bank account in Europe through our partnership with Monerium. The withdrawal is made via bank transfer, with no fees, and the amount lands 1:1 in the destination account.
Before you start
- Monerium KYC approved: the first time around, you need to create a Monerium account and submit your documents. The process takes just a few minutes.
- EURe balance on the Polygon network: the withdrawal is made from EURe (the digital euro issued by Monerium) on the Polygon network. EURe is the only euro stablecoin that allows redemption via SEPA — other euro stablecoins (EURC, agEUR, etc.) won't work for this withdrawal.
- Converting BRLA to EURe: if your balance is in BRLA (or in any other currency/stablecoin), you need to convert it to EURe on the Polygon network before starting the withdrawal. The conversion is done directly on Picnic Pro, in the swap tab.
- Destination account IBAN: have the full IBAN of the bank account that will receive the funds ready.
Step by step

Access the bank withdrawal: log in at www.usepicnic.com, open the Deposits and Withdrawals tab, choose Bank withdrawal and transfer, select the Euro currency and the Bank transfer method, then click Continue.

Enter the amount: type the amount in euros (EUR) you want to send and click Continue.

Fill in the recipient's details: choose the account holder type (Individual or Business), enter the IBAN, the first name, the full last name, and the purpose of the transfer (optional field).

Confirm the transfer: review all the information and click Confirm and transfer.

Authenticate the transfer: use your passkey to authorize the transaction. If you don't have a passkey set up yet, the site will send a code to the email registered on Picnic.

Done, withdrawal sent: the confirmation screen appears as soon as the transfer is processed.
You'll also receive a notification straight from your destination bank as soon as the funds land in the account.
Timing, fees, and limits
- Timing: depends on the destination bank. In general, the funds land within a few minutes, but it can take up to 1 business day.
- Fees: no fees. The amount lands 1:1 in the destination account.
- Limits: there's no fixed limit for receiving or withdrawing euros. Monerium reserves the right to apply ad-hoc limits or to suspend/delay transactions for security reasons, suspected fraud, or legal requirements.
Important tip
Double-check the IBAN and the account holder's name before confirming. Withdrawals sent to incorrect details may take a long time to be reversed, depending on the destination bank.
