We are restructuring our benefits system and would like to inform you that the current cashback program will end on January 31, 2026.
Since our rewards system is based on your GNO balance and NFT ownership, we have prepared this guide to clarify the status of your assets and earnings.
1. Until when will I receive cashback from the Picnic card?
All purchases made with the Picnic Card until 11:59 PM on 01/31/2026 will follow the current rule:
- Cashback levels: Cashback from 1% to 4% (based on your deposit of 0.1 to 10 GNO).
- OG NFT Bonus: The additional 1% for NFT holders will also be applied normally until this date.
2. What to do with my GNO deposited on the Picnic card
After January 31, the amount that was securing your Picnic card cashback level will be free for movement. You have full autonomy to decide what to do with your GNO:
- Sell to use on the Card: You can sell your GNO directly to load your card balance and make purchases.
-
Withdraw to External Account or PIX: You can sell your GNO and send the resulting USDC to your multi-currency account. From there, you can:
- Make a withdrawal to an external wallet.
- Or convert to BRLA and make a withdrawal via PIX to your bank account.
3. Frequently Asked Questions
I am an OG NFT holder. Do I lose my advantage?
The additional cashback utility of the OG NFT will end along with the program on 01/31. However, your NFT remains an exclusive item in your collection.
What happens to the Picnic card cashback redemptions?
The cashback balance you have already earned will be credited to your account following the standard processing time. You will be able to redeem it normally via the app or web, even after the program ends.
Why is the cashback ending?
The rewards model via GNO deposit was an important cycle for the Picnic card. We are ending this phase to make way for a new loyalty format, more dynamic and with new benefits that will be announced soon.
