Common Causes
Incomplete registration with Monerium – your IBAN is issued by Monerium, our partner, and your registration there might be pending.
Existing account – you might have created an account with Monerium in the past and didn't complete the process.
Temporary network failure – a connection error might have interrupted the automatic account creation.
How to Resolve
Follow the steps below to complete your registration with Monerium and unlock your IBAN:
Visit the Monerium website
Go to https://monerium.comLog in with your Picnic email
Click on "Log in"
Use the same email registered in the Picnic app
- Never created a password? Click on "Forgot your password?"Complete your profile and identity verification
Fill in the requested information
Submit the required documents for identity verification (KYC)Return to the Picnic app
Log out
Log back in to sync the information
The process should now work correctly
