**Legal entity:** 

-   articles of incorporation
-   recent proof of address for the company and all partners
-   complete income tax return (we do not accept just the receipt)
-   proof of Financial Capacity (Any of the following documents: Fiscal Accounting Bookkeeping (ECF), Balance Sheet, Company Income Statement, or Bank Statement from the last 3 months)
-   for all ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) with more than 25% ownership in the company:

1.  Copy of ID, Driver's License, or Passport.
    
2.  Proof of Address (Utility Bills, Bank Statements, or Equivalent issued in the last 3 months).
