If you tried to load your Picnic card with crypto and **couldn't find the cryptocurrency you wanted to use in the list**, it means that **it is not supported by Picnic at this time**.

### Why Doesn't My Crypto Appear?

Some common reasons:

-   The cryptocurrency has **not yet been integrated** into Picnic;

-   The currency was **temporarily removed** due to technical or security issues;

-   The crypto only exists on **networks that Picnic does not support** today;

- It is a **very new or illiquid token**, which increases operational risk.

### What Can I Do If My Crypto Is Not Supported?

You have a few options:

1.  **Use another supported crypto**

    -   Check the available cryptocurrencies on the Picnic deposit screen;

    - Choose one of them to load your card.

2. **Convert your crypto to another in your wallet/exchange**

    -   In your external exchange or wallet, convert the unsupported currency to one of the currencies supported by Picnic (for example, from XYZ to USDT or USDC, if those are available);

    - Then, make the crypto deposit normally using this new currency.

3. **Keep an eye on future updates**

    -   We may add new cryptocurrencies in the future;

    - Whenever a new crypto is supported, it will appear directly in the app's list.

> In summary: if the currency does not appear in the list of cryptocurrencies when depositing, it is because **it is not supported** for deposit at Picnic. Only send cryptos that appear on the deposit screen.
