**Possible Causes**

-   Incorrect bank details (invalid key, non-existent account).
-   Destination account belongs to a different CPF (Brazilian tax ID) than the Picnic account.
-   Joint or business account that does not match the registered account holder.
-   Temporary restrictions at the destination bank.

**What You Can Do**

1.  Confirm the PIX key used: it must be linked **to the same CPF** as the Picnic account holder.
2.  Avoid using joint or business accounts, as they are not accepted by the system.
3.  Check for any typing errors in the key.
4.  If the bank is experiencing instability, wait and try the operation again later.
5.  Unfortunately, some banks refuse to send Pix to our key. The only alternative for now is to try a different bank.
