If you are trying to finalize the registration to request the card and the system rejects any field, do the following:

1.  **Review the text you entered** (name, address, complement, city, etc.).
    
2.  **Remove accents, special symbols, and cedilla**, for example:
    
    -   `João` → `Joao`
        
    -   `São Paulo` → `Sao Paulo`
        
    -   `Coração` → `Coracao`
        
    -   `Müller` → `Muller`
        
3.  **Use only simple letters, numbers, and spaces**.
    

After adjusting, try submitting the form again.

## Does this change my “real” data?

No.  
This is just a **technical limitation of field input** in the system.

-   Your name remains your official name, with all accents and cedillas;
    
-   The data is used normally for registration and analysis purposes, even without accents in the system.
