The amount available for purchases with the Picnic card is always linked to the **pre-loaded balance in US dollars (USD)**.
This means that to make any transaction, you need to have a pre-loaded balance.

Additionally, there is a **daily spending limit**, which defines how much can be used in a single day. This limit can be **configured and adjusted directly through the Picnic app**.

## How to Adjust the Daily Limit

1. Open the Picnic app and click on **Cards**.

2. On the **My Cards** screen, select the desired card (physical or virtual).

3. Find the **Daily Spending Limit** option and click on **Edit**.

4. Set the desired amount and confirm the change.

## Daily Spending Limit (Physical and Online Purchases)

| Type | **Maximum** |
| --- | --- |
| Daily Spending Limit | **8,000** EURe/USDCe |
| Per Transaction Limit | **5,000** EURe/USDCe |
| Contactless Purchases | Country-dependent (physical card only). If the terminal prompts for the PIN, just enter it. Apple Pay and Google Pay are not subject to this limit. |

## ATM Withdrawal Fees and Limits

| **Type** | **Maximum** |
| --- | --- |
| Daily Withdrawal Limit | **500** EURe/USDCe |
| Per Withdrawal Limit | **250** EURe/USDCe |

#### **ATM Withdrawal Usage Policy**

- You can make up to 5 withdrawals per month without fees at ATMs or up to **2****00 EURe/USDCe** (whichever comes first)

- **After these limits:** 2% fee per withdrawal.

## Important to Know

- The daily limit applies to **all cards linked to your account**, both physical and virtual.

- If the limit is reached, new purchases can only be made the next day or after adjustment.
