**Main causes:**

-   Incorrect data during activation
-   Temporary issue with the app
-   Damaged card

**How to resolve:**

1.  Check if the card details are correct
2.  Close and reopen the app
3.  Try at different times

**If the error persists:**

1.  Send a message to oi@usepicnic requesting the release of another order
2.  Wait for support confirmation
3.  Once the order is released, request another one

You can always create and use just the virtual card.
